Jordan’s Arab Banking Corporation, a subsidiary of Bahrain-based Arab Banking Corporation (ABC), has won ‘Customer Service Award’ from Dubai-based Banker Middle East magazine.
The Award was given to the Bank for 'Best Customer Service in the SME Sector' in the ‘Levant Product Awards 2014’ which was announced by the magazine, according to the Gulf Daily News (GDN)’s report.
ABC Jordan has topped the list out of 140 financial institutions in the Levant countries which competed for the Award, based on a survey which had 24,000 readers to vote on.
The winners of the Award have been recently announced in a Special Award Issue of Banker Middle East.
“We are very delighted with this regional award, which recognizes ABC Jordan's continuous efforts over the years to improve customer service and provide innovative and convenient financial solutions to its customers,” said ABC Jordan Managing Director and Chief Executive Simona Bishouty.
